about me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. I received a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling with a Certificate in Addictions Counseling from Cambridge College (USA), and a Master of Philosophy in Psychology and Education from the University of Cambridge (UK). My prior research has explored the relationship between student social identities and social class in elite educational institutions, and how gender bias affects diagnosis of substance use disorders. I have completed the Postgraduate Fellowship and the Stechler Child and Adolescent Therapy Fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute for Psychoanalysis.
I have extensive experience working with adults affected by anxiety, trauma, depression and substance abuse, as well as children and their caregivers. I practice according to standards of conduct outlined in the Mass. Code of Regulations Title 262: https://www.mass.gov/files/documents/2017/10/30/262cmr8.pdf
